All of my products are handmade, which means that they take longer to produce. If you want an item that is out-of-stock, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please allow 1-5 days for your order to ship. Every item is handcrafted that goes out so the process can take longer than it would if mass-produced. Your order will be thoughtfully packed with the utmost care when it's ready to be shipped to you.

At creativecalmspace, all my products are carefully inspected before they're shipped. Due to the nature of the products, they cannot be returned or refunded. However, I will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me at email@example.com for further details.
I take your data security very seriously, none of your credit card or payment information is stored on the website or on my servers. My payment processor is Shopify, which meets all 6 categories of PCI standards.
Many brands you're familiar with also use Shopify for payments. Through Shopify, I accept credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. To use Apple Pay on creativecalmspace.com, you must be ordering within the Safari browser.
